HAVE YOU BEEN INJURED
IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT?
I WANT TO HELP YOU!
NO RECOVERY, NO FEE IN INJURY CASES!
Is the insurance adjustor for the at-fault driver:
- Not returning your phone calls?
- Ignoring your request for a rental car?
- Dragging their feet about fixing your vehicle?
- Are you in pain and can't find a doctor to see you because you don't have medical insurance?
- Does the person who hit you not have insurance?
- Was your accident a hit and run?
Insurance companies are multi-million dollar entities which stay in business by taking in more money in premiums than they pay out on claims. They train their employees, or claims adjustors, to minimize the amount of money they have to pay out on claims.
Knowledge is Power and the Insurance Adjustor's Have It.
Insurance adjustors know more about the legal process and medical issues surrounding automobile accidents than you do. They will try to do everything in their power to keep the amount they have to pay out on your claim to a minimum, this includes denying you a rental car, denying that their insured is at-fault, or claiming that you contributed to the accident or your own injuries. If they don't know the answer to a question, they have trained attorney's available to consult. Why shouldn't you?
Hire a professional! You wouldn't try to remove your own appendix and you shouldn't try to settle your own personal injury claim. Therefore, I recommend that no matter what your legal question, consult an attorney before making a decision. The wrong decision could affect your life negatively for years to come.
My office charges no consultation fee in injury cases and you pay no attorney's fees unless and until we recover from the at-fault driver.
I began practicing law in Myrtle Beach in 1992 with Harry Pavilack and Associates, P.A. Working with that office during the past eighteen years, I handled many different types of civil cases, including personal injury cases resulting from automobile accidents and "slip and falls", real estate closings, family law, and retail and commercial collections. Working with Mr. Pavilack, I filed numerous lawsuits, participated in discovery, represented clients in court hearings, and received real world, hands-on experience in settling cases and negotiating with adjustors and other attorneys. As Mr. Pavilack's bankruptcy was prominently featured in local newspapers in the fall of 2010, I felt it was my best interest to start the new year on a positive note, and in January 2011, I opened my own office. My new office is conveniently located in central Myrtle Beach at the Founder's Centre on Oak Street.
